Guides and workbooks

If a guide, workbook or the bundle isn't what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full. You don't need to give a reason.

For the bundle, the 14 days count from the date you bought it. Event guides added to the bundle later aren't refunded separately.

Pro subscriptions

• Free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
• Monthly plan: cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, ask within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
• Annual plan: ask within 14 days of a yearly charge for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the year ends.

We don't give partial refunds for unused time outside these windows.

How to ask

Refunds run through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the card or account you paid with. Use the link in your receipt, or contact us with the email you used to order. How long the money takes to show depends on your bank.

We may decline repeated buy-and-refund requests from the same customer.
